- Consulting services: $250 per hour (includes case review, report preparation, and general consulting).
- Depositions & Expert Testimony: $350 per hour.
- Travel expenses: If travel is required, all transportation, hotel, and per diem costs for meals are the responsibility of the client.
- Billing: Invoices are submitted upon completion of major case segments, such as case review, expert witness report preparation, depositions, and court testimony. Payment is due upon receipt
9. How quickly can I get a case review or expert witness report?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the case. Expedited services are available for time-sensitive matters.

Is a retainer required?
I request a deposit / retainer of $750.00 prior to the initiation of work. The retainer generally covers the first three (3) hours of work.

There is no cost to obtain a copy of my resume or CV. I also welcome the opportunity to discuss with you, at no charge, the nature and scope of your case, and if I would be a good fit.
What is your turnaround for providing a case review or expert witness report?
The time can vary significantly, depending on the complexity and size of the case. Services can be expedited if you have time constraints.
