• Depositions & Expert Testimony: $350 per hour.
• Travel expenses: If travel is required, all transportation, hotel, and per diem costs for meals are the responsibility of the client.
• Billing: Invoices are submitted upon completion of major case segments, such as case review, expert witness report preparation, depositions, and court testimony. Payment is due upon receipt

Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the case. Expedited services are available for time-sensitive matters.

Is a retainer required?

I request a deposit / retainer of $750.00 prior to the initiation of work. The retainer generally covers the first three (3) hours of work.
